At Missora, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience at every stage. Please review the terms below regarding returns and exchanges.

General Conditions

Items purchased from Missora may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All return and exchange requests must comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.

As orders enter a special preparation process once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. Return requests can only be created after the order has been delivered.


Return Process

All approved returns are issued as Missora Store Credit only.

Store Credit has no expiration date and can be used at any time for future purchases on missora.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent with shipping fees prepaid; unpaid or cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.


Exchange Process

Missora does not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. This method allows for faster processing and ensures accurate stock, sizing, and delivery management.


Eligible Return Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • With all original tags attached

  • In a resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear and bodysuits

  • Leggings and socks

Set products must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns of sets are not accepted.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team.

The return process is as follows:

  1. Submit your return request via email or WhatsApp to our support team

  2. Receive return approval and return instructions

  3. Ship the item to the provided return address

  4. Item inspection at our warehouse

  5. Store Credit issued after approval

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Important Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to customer absence.

Missora is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Return packages must be sent only to the return address provided by our support team.
