Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods such as sales, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing time may extend up to 7 business days.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

Missora operates globally, and orders are dispatched from our international fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
Each item undergoes quality control and careful packaging before shipment.

Shipping Carriers
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and local postal partners depending on the destination country.
Shipping costs and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website or via the “Order Tracking” page on our website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For most destinations, customers will not be charged additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. However, customs policies vary by country, and Missora is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Any customs inspections or procedures are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

All delivery times provided are estimates only.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Check around your delivery location (mailbox, reception, neighbors, etc.)

Confirm with household members or building management

Contact the shipping carrier to open an investigation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Missora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately with your order number and correct address. Once a tracking number has been generated, address changes may no longer be possible.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional reshipping fees.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

We may issue a refund after deducting the original shipping fee, return shipping costs, and a restocking fee, once the item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@missora.co within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
High-Risk Orders
For security purposes, some orders may be flagged as high-risk by our system. In such cases:

Shipment may be delayed until verification is completed

Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled once placed. If you wish to return an item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
